Regards, Us was born from lived experience, the constant pressure on managers, assistants, and creatives to pull together glam teams without support, structure, or cultural fluency. We saw the chaos that caused, and we saw something deeper: how often talented stylists and beauty professionals were overlooked, undertrained, and shut out of opportunities to work across all skin tones, textures, and identities.
